Ordinance No. 1838-91, adopted <br />on December 18, 1991 by City Council, allows alterations to <br />Category IV wetlands iess than S,G00 square feet in size. The <br />wetland on Lot 4 appears to fit this description. A 25' buffer <br />from the top of bank still must be maintained as shown on the <br />site plan.
