'Their <br />complaint states that there are two sepPrate residential units on one piece <br />of property with one unit having an additional rental unit incorporated in it. <br />I researched the filas and found an application foi• a variance to the Board of <br />Adjustrnent. The purpose of the application was a request to di�•ide the property <br />since there were two seperate d�eellings on one lot. A Notice of Hearing xas <br />published as a result of the application. All of this [ook place in 1962. <br />There is nothing more in the file concerning this matter going befor the Board. <br />There was a notice and letter issued in 1970 and 1973 concerning the illegal <br />use of the appartment unit in the main structure. <br />Any additional information you can suPply kould be helpful <br />to take action on this cumplaint or should I? <br />cc Jim Iles, Legal Dept. <br />Also, do you i,ant <br />� <br />
