Publ;� �,o ks oRp rT This letter is to confirm my telephone calls yesterday and today with Mr. Alan Locke and N,r. Carroll Tolafson: SITUATIpN Lida k. Drumheller�s property is located at 1429 Madrona Avenue. George H. Drumheller, III�s property is loca�ed at 1435 Madrona Avenue. Two houses have been constructed over the summer adjacent and to the east of these properties. The contractor building these houses has put a ditch onto George Drumheller�s property to drain water from his property onto George�s property. The contractor building tY�se houses has the downspouts from the roof gutters draining freely onto the ground and then running into a drain pipe. This drain pipe is on the north west side of his property and drains water onto Lida Drumheller's property and alsn over the hill. If the water is allowed to continue draining over the hill, it will erode the hill. The contractor told Lida Drumheller this morning that he was going to put the pipe outlet over the hill. Lida Drumheller is concern�d that he will put the pipe somewhere in the center of the hill and cause further erosion and jeopardize the integrity of the hill. Mas:;ive amounts of water and mud are running onto Lida Drumheller's property causing: 1. Damage to her landscaping, on which she just spent $700 2. Mud and water to cover not only her driveway but also to flow about four feet into her garage.
