This is a license in the nature of a permit and <br />shall be revocable by the City of Everett nt.anp time, <br />Said license may be revoked by simple written notice to <br />the ,rantees, G. I3. URUMSiELLEF and IDA R. DRUtftiELLFR, <br />his wife, qr tlieir heirs, successors or assigns. <br />2. Grantees shall have the right to install a sewer <br />line along the above-descriUeci prorerty in the event this <br />becomes necessary in ttie opinion of the Grant�es to ser- <br />vice their residence located conti9uous to said property. <br />All costs of said installation shall be paid by the Gran- <br />tees or their ticirs, successors or assigns. <br />3. In the 2vent the City revo!:es this license und <br />said se�aer line ha3 been installed by the Grantees, tt:e <br />Grantees shall be responsible to remove said se�aer line <br />at the direction of the City TnRineer and under such con- <br />ditiona as the City Engineer may prescrii�e, i:i �ohich <br />event, the Grantees; or their heirs, successor.s or assigns, <br />shall be 3olely res�onsible for the cost involved. <br />4. It is unc7erstood that tlie Crantee�' property is <br />presently being serviced by a lateral secver line, ztnd that <br />this permit is granted to the Grantees in the event said <br />sewer line, which is aver land that is subject to slide, <br />becomes clogged or inoperabl�. <br />5. The cost of connecting a lateral sewer over the <br />above-described property to the Ciky's trunk sewer lines <br />ahall be born� by the Gra�rtees, or their heirs, successors <br />or as3igns. <br />-1- LICENSE <br />
