On January 14, 1981, P1r. Dennis R. Gabelman issued a <br />stop work on the premises affecting the sanitary side sewer work only. The notice <br />was issued as a result of my client's work on the public right-of-way allcy. <br />lJe have discussed the public right-of-way alley and ray client has secured engi- <br />neering assistance in that regard. During this interim period, my client would <br />like to install a side sewer to the premises as this is the next logical step in <br />the construction process. In exchange fo� your release of the stop work notice, <br />my client agrees that it is not entitled to a certificate of occupancy on the <br />above referenced premises until the alley matter has been resolved. <br />Additionally, there has been some discussion as to wfiether oi• not the sewer con- <br />tractor, T& T Construction, was properly licensed and bonded. Enclosed you will <br />find, in addition to a copy of the notice to stop work, copies of the certific4te <br />of insurance and the bond for T& T Construction. After numerous discussions with <br />the �eparLment of Licensing, Contractor's Division, in Olympia, it is our deter- <br />inination that T& T Construction has been at all times properly licensed and <br />bonded.
