The rockwall will be constructed wlthin the flve (S) foot slope eaxment on the alley's east side. The desIgn will be stamped by a certIfied engineer. After construction Yhe mglneer wIll certlfy that the rockwail was constru�ted as destgned. Mr. Dady has agreed to allow equlpmen , material, and personnel access to hIs adJacent property for the constructfon of the rockwall. You wIll be responsible to return Mr. Dady's property back to its orlglnal state, lesa the slope aasement, lndud'ing yard levellng and placement of sod. • Submlt for approval a guardratl dcsIgn lnaccordance wlth APWA standards. The guardrail will be located on the ailey�s east slde. A guardrail� wlth reflectors, wlil extend accoss the southend of the alley to prevent movement of through tratfic. � Extend the croncrete pipe with approprIate cover at the alley�s enuance on Main Street to ellminate the sharp drop off. Upon satlsfactory completIor./construction of the above and after provlding the City wlth a two yeat warranty bond in tha amount of $10,000, the City wIll lssue the Certiflcate of Occupancy for 2120 A-B Main Street.
