The <br />above entitled matter was regularly called and the respond- <br />ents did not appear, lawrence Erickson, Gity Building <br />Inspector appeared and it appearing from the testimony of <br />Lawrence Erickson that the above named responder.ts were duly <br />served with notice and atnpl-aint in the above entitled p�•o- <br />ceeding on the 2nd day of August, 1953, and the Board having <br />hear� testimony of the said Lawrence Erickson, now makes and <br />enters the following <br />FINDINGS OF FACT <br />1 <br />That the above named respondents are the owners of <br />the property referred to as 213 Main Street, Lowell, Wasfiing- <br />ton, legally described as located in S�ohomish County, <br />Washington, to-wit: <br />The East half of Lot 10, Block 23, Plat ef Lowell, <br />Snohamish County, Washington <br />II <br />That said property was duly inspected by the Inspector <br />of the City of Everett who caused notice to be issued and <br />
