A <br />copy of the last Electrical inspection showing requested corrections is enclosed. The Uniform <br />Building G�de provides that a11 permia expire by lia:itation if the work authoriud by the <br />permit is sc�spended or abandoned at any time after work is commenced for a period of 180 <br />days. If you wish to prevent �he permiu from expiring without dcxumentation of <br />completion, you may: <br />1) Request inspections of work that has occurred, to document continuing progress, <br />or 2) Request final inspections of the work that is completed, <br />or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension. <br />Please respond within 10 days. After that time the file will be sent to our Records <br />Department for microfilming without final approval.
