If you wish to prevent the perrnit from expiring withou: documentation of completion, you <br />may: <br />1) Request an inspection of work that has occurred, to document continuing progress, <br />or 2) Requ�st final inspection if the work is completed, <br />or 3) Sub:nit a writtcn request for a 180 day extension. <br />Please respond within 10 days.
