July 30, 1935 <br />rnv OF <br />Mr. Sydney Morgan eve nett <br />6220 Magnolia Ave. <br />Everett, WA 93203 <br />uear Mr. Morgan: <br />At your request a Housing Code Inspection was conducted on the property <br />located at 6220 Magnolia Ave., Everett, Washington. <br />The following defects must be corrected before we can certify that this, <br />structure meets the minimum requirements of the Uniform Housing Code: <br />1. All electrical splices in the attic must be in junction boxes. <br />2. Wood rot within the foundation area must be removed and replaced'f <br />with solid wood. <br />3. Provide cross ventilation in the foundation. <br />i <br />4. Provide cross ventilation in the attic space. <br />5. Water pressure to the structure is low. This could be caused (' <br />by the deteriorated and broken water line between the structure; <br />and the water main line. It is recommended that the entire line L <br />be replaced. If the line is not replaced, then the portion which <br />is leaking approximately eight feet from the structure must be <br />repaired. `. <br />Information on permits to accomplish this work may be obtained from the <br />Building Inspection Division, 259-8745, and all corrections must meet <br />the present building, plumbing and electrical codes.
