Provide min <br />1/10�' of the floor area for natural light and min. 1/20�' of the floor area <br />for natural vantilation. <br />Sleeping rooms shall have a window with not less than 5.7 SQ. FT. net <br />clear openable area, with min net clear height of 24" and min. net clear <br />width of 20". The finished sill height shall not be more than 44" above <br />the finished floor. <br />All new Door� to be U-0.20 or less. <br />Wall insulation to be min. R-13 with moisture barrier on the warm side. <br />Ceiling Insulation to be Min. R-38 <br />Floor Insulation to be Min. R-30 (if the framing cavity has sufficient depth, <br />or provide Min R-19 Insulation) <br />Exhaust fan to be installed in Kitchen and in Bathroom. <br />Kitchen to be min. 100 CFM <br />Bathroom To be min 50 CFM <br />Smoke detectors shall be installed in each sleepiny room, and in the <br />corridor or area giving access to each separate sleeping area.
