The roof shows condiderable deflection. The present rafters <br />shall be either replaced, or strc:ngthe�d, or reinforced or <br />supported as set forth in Chapter 25 of the building code. <br />Please submit your details or specifications of how this <br />shall be accomplished, for approval, prior to starting work <br />on this item. <br />2. The following plumbing code violations were found and shall <br />be corrected: <br />2a. Automatic cloths washer waste does not r_omply-replace <br />with an approved complying oraste and connect to house <br />drain and install a complying vent. <br />2b. Renalce lavatory vent and install a vent. <br />2c. Vent the water closet. <br />2d. Correct the kitchen sink and install a vent. <br />2e. Install correct tub waste and install a vent. <br />2f.
