WASHINGTON <br />90201 <br />INSPECTION DEPARTMENT <br />This is to certify that the dwelling located at 6314 Magnolia has been inspected <br />by the Housing Inspection Division and this structure meets the minimum require- <br />ments of the Uniform Building Code, Volume III, except as noted below. <br />Electrical: <br />1. The service is new, but was never inspected or cleared to the P.U.D. for <br />connection. The roof flashing is not in accordance to code. There is no <br />inhibition or service wire to meter and panel. <br />2. Install two grounded ut)lity circuits in kitchen -dining area. <br />3. Install grounded outlet i.n bathroom. Ground light fixture in bath. <br />4. Install additional outlet on north wall of front bedroom. <br />5. All wiring to comply with N.E.C. 41.0-95. <br />Plumbing: <br />1. Install vent on kitchen sink. <br />2. Install vent on clothes wasi,er. <br />3. Install vents on toilet, bath tub and lavatory to comply with code. <br />4. Make necessary changes or corrections in all waste piping to comply with <br />code. <br />5. Hun hot and cold water lines to the back of the clothes washer, install <br />air chambers. <br />Miscellaneous: <br />1. Install soffi..ts with proper attic vents. <br />2.
