St <br />was a productive meeting and has resulted in the follo�•ing agreed <br />upon changes for the project: <br />1) An eight (8) foot cyclone fence with wood slats will be <br />placed along the northern property line (approximate length 520 <br />feet). This height Goes exceed requirements of City code <br />therefore a variance r�quest will be made to the City as soon as <br />possible. If for some reasons beyond the control of the property <br />owner, the variance request is denied, then a six (5) foot. fence <br />of the same type will be prc��i3ed. This fencing will be in place <br />as soon as the variance and other building permits have been <br />approved. <br />2) There will be a six foot fence provided along the entire <br />boundary of the site, adjacen� to the to Cypress Lawn Cemetery. <br />3) Fencing will be provided along the eastern boundary frcm the <br />mobile home park south to the end of the future West Mall Drive. <br />There is a 10 foot front yard setback along t�iis fronLage which <br />according to City Code only allows a fence at the height of four <br />(4) feet. <br />4) Along �he northern boundary, adjacent to the mobile home <br />park, will be a twenty foot buffer area. This buffer area will <br />contain a combination of plantings that create a sight obscuring <br />zone. The landscape plan will incorporate a mixture of fir, pine <br />and other deciduous vegetation which are placed so that a dense <br />screening will exsist adjacent to^ the mobile home park. The <br />property owner will provide a copy of the detailed landscaping <br />plan to the management of the mobile home park for their review <br />and comment. The property owner will be responsible for <br />maintaining this area, including the removal of any dead or dyinc <br />trees. <br />5) Lighting will be provided in the parking area (adjacent to <br />the mobile home park).
