As [9r. 0"Connor pointed out there was a wrong
directiot given in Item 3. In addition, we will seek a variance
on the h:iyht for this fencing, conditioned as follows:
Fencing will be provided along the western bcundary from the
mobile hom oark south to the end of the future West Mall Drive.
There is a 10 foot front yard setback along this frontage which
according to City Code only allows a fence at the height of four
(4) feet, however a varianc< will be sought to allow a six foot
fence. If for some reasons beyond the control of the property
owner, the variance request is denied, then a four (9) foot fence
o:ill be provided.
This should address the concern of Mr. 0"Connor. Again, thank
you so much for your cooperation and input in the develpment of
the West Mall Apartments.
Si.ncerely,
i'
._ '
C B t, AICP w
Associa'te
SHOCKEY. & ASSOCIATES
LSB/ks030R
cc: Robert O'Connor
Gerry Ervi.ne, City of Everet
2907'h Hewitt Avenue, verett, 4VA 98201 •(206) 258-9308
 :, ,„ -
6
r
f nft (

+ I
