Mall Drive and the parking areas. <br />Six plants are re�uired for every 20 linear feet. <br />* Inc'rease the number of evergreen trees along the <br />north property line to create a sufficient buffer. <br />Have the mobile home park review and sign off on the <br />landscape plans. <br />* Pr��vide an S' high fence between the apartment <br />complex and the mobile home park. Provide a 6' high <br />fence along the east propert}� line. <br />* Can the driveway areas be reduced in width? Some <br />driveways are as wide as 60' . The standard width is <br />usually 28'. Couldn't the excess 32' of pavement width <br />be used for open space or recreation area? <br />* A bicycle lane and pedestrian path must be provided <br />along West Mall Drive per the DNS. <br />* ihe sidewalk at the apartment's entr.ance should <br />continue to the road. <br />At this time I do not have the Parks and Recreation <br />comments for this project. They will be providing <br />comments regarding the recreation facilities. Comments <br />on an irrigation system are included.
