Detailed drawings in accordance with C.ity Design and Construc- <br />tion Standards shall be submitted to the Public Works Depart- <br />ment showing site parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm <br />drainage, temporary construction eresion control, and all re- <br />quired improvements in the public right-of-way. Public Works <br />Departmant approv4l of these draainys is required prior to any <br />permits beinq issued. All improvements shall be completed, ap- <br />proved, and warranted before the Occuptzncy Permit is issued. <br />2. <br />i, <br />4. <br />City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris <br />at all times during oonstruction. Dust suppression and street <br />cleaning must occur as directed by the Public N'orks Inspector. <br />A two-year guarantee is required for private <br />retention/detention or other drainage treatment/abatement fa- <br />cilities serving areas larger than one acre. <br />On-site watermain will be staked within an easement to the <br />City. The easement will be submitted to the City prior to the <br />issuance of permits. <br />�' 5. Plans submitted on April 7, 1989, provide recreational fa- <br />cilities satisfying the requirement for an impact of 4 acres on <br />��f the Everett Parks and Recreation system as determined by the <br />'-1 . Parks Department. <br />6.
