There is a broken windo�a in the bedroom. <br /> 2. Each 6edroom shall have ct least one operable window. <br /> 3. Some baseboard heaters do not Function properly, thereby <br /> creating an inadequate heating system. <br /> 4. The water closet in the bathroom leaks causing rot and <br /> deterioration to the bathroom floor. <br /> 5, Front and back porches and steps are rotted �nd deteriorated. <br /> 6. Qack door and casing are deteriorated and out of plumb. <br /> 0 <br /> 7, Electrical wiring has been altered; permits were not issued <br /> and inspections were not made. The service is substandard <br /> and may be considered dangerous. <br /> 8.
