The Appellant shall be fined$500.00 for said violation;. Of this $SOC.00 fine, payment of$300.00 will <br /> be suspended upon coa�pliance with the foliowing conditio:;s: <br /> a. A copy of the Order shall be sent to tha director. <br /> f. A copy of the Order shall be sent to Snol�omish Ccunry I-Iealth Departrnent. <br /> g.
