On July 6 , 1994 the Board of Commissioners passed Resolut '. on A- 1113 , authorizing an exception for a sewer connection , o�tside an existing ULID , during the period of time the Reservation of Capacity Resolution is in effect . It is my understanding that the City of Everett is willing to allow Mr. Hofstad ' s house to be connected to our sewer system in Holly Drive . The District agrees to the proposed connection under the following conditions : ** The City pays to the Mukilteo Water District the in lieu of assessment charges for one-half of Lot 21 , where the above mentioned house is located . This amount is 53 , 741 . 00 . ** The City of Everett will issue the sewer permits and inspect the installation in accordance with their standards and provide the Mukilteo Water District with as-built information . ** The City will also bill the customer for serv=� ce .
