The District agrees to the progosed connection under the following conditions: 1. The City pays to the Mukilteo Water District the in lieu of assessment charges for Mr. Hofstad's property. This amount is $7,854 .70. 2 . The City of Everett will issue the sewer permits � and inspect the installation in accordance with their standards and provide the Mukilteo Water District with As-Built information. 3 . The City will also bill the customer for service. Clair Olivers is having a list of the City�s sewer cust-omers conn�c:ted to our system compiled. onre the list is coni�ileted we will want ta work with the City to estak�lish a monthly service rate so we can recoup our cc��ts for providing service.
