<br /> By way of response to the Exhibit provided to us by Lhe City
<br /> (purportedly with a potential 5-lot layout on the Yerger property) ,
<br /> I am unable to meaningfully respond because many of the lot lines
<br /> have no dimensions .
<br /> I have no way to know if the lots would or would not require '
<br /> variances or special permi�sion from the City for some other aspect
<br /> necessary to develop the property as proposed (such as an
<br /> easement) .
<br /> But then, that is what we were objecting to all along - that
<br /> the City has not shown there is the potential to develop the
<br /> property into more than four lots without speculating that the City
<br /> miaht grant an administrative variance, or mic�ht grant some other
<br /> waiver.
<br /> We again ask that the Hearing Examiner rule that the City can
<br /> not require the Y'hrgers to install half-atreet improvements.
