Councilman Moser introduced Karen Savage of KJS Associates of Bellevue who reviewed the alternatives under consideration for the Snohomish �ounty Rail Alignment. She also reviewed the proposed process and guidelines for the RTA boundaries . Councilman Overstreet stressed the need for the Councilmembers � to be sure to obtain the necessary information in order to make knowledgeable decisions. Bill Link, Transit Manager, emphasized the necessity, for the elected members , to know the problems and alternatives which will have long reaching impacts on transportation for many years to come . PRESIDENT'S COMMENTS President Gipson made two housekeeping announcements : . 1 . Th� correct amount of the Payroll Resolution under Item Y2 is $1, 795, 24Q. 73, v � 2. President Gipson noted that the executive session on today ' s agenda would be cancelled .
