IIuilding permits are required 5. Specia] charges for connection to the sewer and water systems in accordance with Ordinance 1998-94 and subsequent revision are applicable. These charges are based on projected water usage and can he substantial. .Appiica;it is encouraged to obtain a copy of the Ordinance and determine estimated chazges prior to building permit application. The actual charges shall bc computed by the Public Works Depariment per the ordinance in effect at time and according to the information on tl�e appro��ed plans at the time of building permit issuance. 6. Detention of stormwater runoff is required in accordance with City standards. 7.
