<br /> This structure, which was first inspected or, April 22, 1971, has been vacant �
<br /> and uninhabitable since early 1971. Our first contact with the o�aner was by
<br /> letter, after we posted the property, on April 26, 1971. �
<br /> On May 18, 1971 the owner contacted us and agreed to clean up the pren:ises,
<br /> secure the building and to keep it vacant. Since that time we have had �
<br /> periodic complaints of chil3ren in and around the house.
<br /> Our most iecent complaininR party stated that he has nailed the structure ,`�

<br /> The owner has received all the necessary legal papers but, other than making ��
<br /> token efforts to secure the building, he has failed to fulfill his promises. ".s
<br /> A Building Officials hearing was held on Pebruary 11, 1974. Mr. Aarseth �
<br /> obtained a demolition permit immediatedly prior to the heaving and promised
<br /> co demoiish the structure within sixty (601 days. '`
<br /> A reinspection of the property on Alarch 29, 1974 revealed that the structure ��1
