Tccess, circulation and parking plans are to be submitted to the Public \t orl<s <br /> Department for review and approval. Plans shall include all abutting public <br /> i right-of-way. <br /> � 2. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris during construction. <br /> I <br /> 3. During construction all truck traffic to and from the s?te within the City <br /> of Lverett shall be on arterial streets unless othenvise approved by the <br /> Public Works Department. <br /> 4. Standard street irtiprovements including curb, gutter, asphalt paving, road <br /> transition and five foot sidewalk are required on Holly Drive. <br /> 5. On-site detention with provision for oil and sediment removal is required. <br /> � 6. A drainage plan with an erosion control plan for the time of wnstruction <br /> is required. Surface water shall be received and discltarged at the naturally <br /> occuring locations. <br /> �' 7. Provide pedestrian crosswalk on Holly to City standards at location desig- <br /> nated by City, if determined necessary after parl<ing facilit�� is operational. <br /> INI=0i2t�SATION FOR DEVELOPCR <br /> 1.
