Copy <br />included here: <br />FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATION <br />OF THE HEARING EXAMINER OF THE <br />CITY OF EVERETT <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF <br />McWHERTER LANE, LLC FOR APPROVAL <br />OF A REZONE REZONE 406- <br />002 <br />RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended to the Everett City Council that <br />the rezone of property at 9208 Holly Drive, Everett, <br />Washington be approved. The rezone would <br />include a change from the R-2, Single -Family <br />Detached Medium Density zoning designation to an <br />R-1(A), Single -Family Attached, 10-12 dwellings <br />per acre, zoning designation. It is also <br />recommended that building and public works <br />permits I'or construction of 50 single-family <br />detached units and modification of the 28-foot <br />building height standard of the R-I(A) zone and <br />modification of the multip!e-family standards for <br />building separations be granted. These permits <br />should be granted subject to conditions as set forth <br />in the Final Mitigated Determination of Non - <br />Significance dated December 14, 2006. <br />INTRODUCTION <br />The McWherter Lane LLC (Applicant) seeks a rezone of property at 9208 Holly Drive, <br />Everett, Washington (subject property).
