Our charts indicate that there is a septic tank on 'he property. In order to service this property with sewer, it would be necessary to extend the present sewer main from E'rergre�n, west along W. Intercity Avenue, and then south on Holly �' Drive. This would reqwre approximately 480 ft of sewer main, plus three manholes. , Anoiher alternative would be to extend the present seaer that is on 4th Avenue W in i i a northeriy direction. This would require approximately 400 ft of sawer main, plus I two manholes. All this is assuming that the proper grade for the sewer main can be , i established in these lr,cations. Cost of the installarion would be borne by those � � individuals benefitting from it whether through a Local Improvement District, a Neighborhood Improvement Project, or by a single individual. ' The City has no plans for installing sidewall<s in front of 9421 Holly Drive.
