Existing site ropography creates two basins:the developed area <br /> adjacent to Holy Drive drains northwert to Holly Drive;the southQast grassed/landscaped <br /> area of the site�rains sauthwest to existing developed properties. Exisdng drainage <br /> improvements in Holly drive collect runoff from ihe nortliwest poraon of the sire while water <br /> being discharged southwest from the site sheet flows to existing devetoped properties at <br /> -1.0%.There are no visible concentrated drainage channels entering the site from the <br /> upmeam vibutary drainage area.Site soils are mapped as Aldervvood Type C. <br />
