The <br />truck is a Triple M Roofing vehicle and is unlicensed and <br />appears inoperable as it has been sitting in the same condition <br />for over six months. <br />This vehicle in its present condition is in violation of the <br />Everett City Traffic Code, Section 171. We are enclosing a <br />copy of portion.- of this Code for your information. <br />The Triple M Roofing business being conducted out of your <br />residence is in violation of the City Zoning Ordinance. Your <br />residence is located in an R-3 Multiple Family Low Density <br />Residence zone. The business must be relocated and the proper <br />business license applied for through the City Clerk's office <br />if the business is located within the Everett city limits. <br />Your immediate attention 4s necessary to remedy these conditions <br />to forestall any legal action by the City.
