The Applicant must comply with all conditions listed in the Final Mitigated <br />Determination of Non -Significance dated August 28, 1998 except as follows: <br />Mitigation of Adverse Impacts By SEPA <br />NOTE: Per the City's Traffic Engineer, the applicant must revise the site plan so that the <br />driveway location is safe prior to the approval of a building permit application for the <br />proposed project. <br />2. Condition #2 which requires the Applicant to pay a traffic mitigation fee of $45, 132 per <br />the City's Interim Traffic Mitigation Ordinance No. 1670-89 as amended is hereby <br />revised as follows: "Prior to the issuance of any permits the Applicant must pay a <br />traffic mitigation fee based upon a revised traffic study for the proposed 149 unit <br />senior housing project and this fee must be approved by the City's Traffic <br />Engineer." <br />
