DETERMINATION OF cif}N-SIGNIFICANCE <br />SEPA #8-91 <br />DESCRIPTION OF FPOPOSAL: A request for a Special Property Use Permit <br />for an Alternative Curriculum Educational System High School <br />(A.C.E.S.). Tha facility will locate north of the Challenge <br />Elementary School site on an interim basis. The students will be <br />housed in portable buildings. The total square footage is <br />approximately 10,600 square feet. Special charges, for connection to the utilities system <br />in accordance with Ordinance 1171-85 are applicable. <br />The actual cost: shall be computed by the Building <br />Department per the ordinance in effect at the time and <br />according to the information provided on the approved <br />plans on the date of permit issuance. Street improvements including curb, gutter, sidewalk <br />and any necessary drainage system improvements are <br />required for the projects frontage on Holly Drive and <br />along 98th Street SW.
