Any party aggrieved by the E�erett Hearing bcaminer's decision may file <br /> a wriY.ten request with the Examiner for reconsideration within ten (10) <br /> working days of the date oE the F�miner's decision. 'Ihe request shall <br /> explicitly set forth alleged errors of procedure or fact.
