Our comments are as follows: <br /> Item �/1 - The Drawings have been signed. <br /> Item �i2 - The main-floor joists are supported by pony (cripple) (2 x 4's (a) 16" o.c.) walls in <br /> the crawl space on spread footings - see Detail �l4/S-3. We have 25 crawl space <br /> foundation vents along the perimeter of the foundation. These are double 8 x 16 vents at <br /> each location marked "FV". 'Ne feel we have more than adequate ventilation of the crawl <br /> space. The framing under the floor is open so good circulation is possible. <br /> Item 03 - We have boih soffit vents and roof vents as well as gable e�d vents. See Sheets <br /> A-2 and A-4, and Detail 4l5/A-7. <br /> Item �4 - We have added a note tc Sheet A-2 to limit roof overhang along property line to <br /> I'-6" <br /> ITem ff5 - See Sheet S-3 for additional noTes and details for shear walls. <br /> Itern #6 - Added note to Sheet A- under Energy NoTe !/6G and General Note ��20. <br /> We hope these changes an�� :omments adeqately address your questions.
