Detailed drawings in accordance with City Design and Construction <br /> Standards shall be submitted to the Public Works Departmont <br /> sho�aing site parking layout, landscaping, u�:ilities, storm <br /> drainage, temparary construction erosion control, and all required <br /> improvements in the public right-of-way Public Works Department <br /> approval of these drawings is required prior to any permits being <br /> issued. All improvements shall be completed, approved, and <br /> warranted before Occupancy permits are issued. <br /> 2. The Planning Department must be provided with calculations for <br /> open space requirement:s per Sectiun 15.030 and details of the <br /> siting/components of required on-site recreational facilitie� per <br /> Section 15.110 of thia Zoning Code. Thls inforaation must be <br /> provided on the final site plan submitted for review and approvaZ <br /> prior to issuance of Building permit. Please note that landscaping <br /> in the parking areas and setbacks shall not be considered part of <br /> the open space requirement. Building facade modulation and reofline variation must be shown on <br /> site/building plans per Section 15.05U of the Zoning Code. The City of Everett prohibits outdoor burning; therefore, <br /> outdoor burning for the purpose of da.sposing of construction <br /> debris or rubbisri will not be permitted. <br /> b. Fire hydrants and access roads must be in service prior to <br /> commencement of cunstruction, an3 fira safety practices <br /> during construction must be in compliance with Article 87 of <br /> the Uniform Building Code. <br /> c. Constructior� activities are to be in compliance with Uniform <br /> Fire Code, 1985 Edition, Article 87, "Fire Safety During <br /> Ccnatruction. " <br /> d, Aoartment premises must be identified at street entry, and <br /> each building and apartment is to be clearly identified so <br /> as to be visible end legible from the access roads. <br /> e. Fire lanes must be provided as required in Everett Municipal <br /> Code k.6.44.
