Screening of all outdoor refuse disposal areas must be <br /> provided so that they are not visib.le from adjacent <br /> properties or public rights-of-way. The disposal areas <br /> must be shown on the site plan submitted for huil9ing <br /> pernits. (SEPA Aesthetics Policies) . <br /> 2. A six-foot solid wood fence must be placed as shown on <br /> the site plan dated January 5, 1990, so as Lo screen <br /> parking spaces from adjacent propert:es. (SEPA Land and <br /> Shoreline Use Policies) . <br /> 3 . Any gradir.g/fill on this site shall be done so as to not <br /> impact the surrounding properties. (SEPA Policies <br /> Pertaining to the Natural Environment) <br /> 4 . The applicart shall submi.t landscape plans for review by <br /> the Planning Department before a Building Permit is <br /> issu=d.
