Everett, WA <br /> The tenants of this unit called and said that the guard raiis, around the second story <br /> walkway and the private lanais, were loose. They also had other concerns about their <br /> unit. <br /> An inspection was scheduled for 10:30 AM today. <br /> An inspection of the tenants concerns revealed that thc kitchen sink water supply has a <br /> leak just before the water supply shut-off. The tenants also complained of the sink <br /> being clogged most of the time but that was not noted at the time I was there. <br /> The wood sections of the lanais has become deteriorated and is in an unstable <br /> condition. Any amount of pressure against the wood may cause it to become dislodged <br /> thereby causing injury to persons. <br /> The guardrail on the second story walkway has become loose and may not hold a <br /> person or persons if they lean or fall against the ra;ling. <br /> The sliding glass door on the lanais does not lock.
