This site is located in a <br /> R3 zone,and at this time there does not appear to be any reason for a separate zoning or land use <br /> review process. The site plan calls for the construction of 3 arrays of 2 antennas (each about 42" <br /> long and 4"by 5")mounted on an existing chimney. Equipment cabinets are mounted on the <br /> ground nearby. <br /> This confirmation is based on the analysis by Steve Ingalsbe a planner at the City of Everett.
