TR�ough you havc Ueen aware of this for at least a <br /> month now, please let this servc as "official" notice; � <br /> 2. There is extremely low hot water pressure in the kitchen. The flow amounts <br /> to little more than a dr�L•ole, making the dishwashcr in our unit useless. If <br /> the water pressurc ca�mot be increased, please consider the fact that we rented <br /> a unit with a dishwasher and I assume part of our rent payment reflects that. <br /> If we will not be able to use it, it might as well Ue removed; <br /> 3. ❑ot water tet�perature in the kitchen is low. ProUably due in p,art to the <br /> pressure proUlem, it takes almost ]0 minutes before the watcr reaches its highest <br /> temperature, which is still only moderately warm; <br /> 4. 6athroom drain is extremely sluggish and this can only Ue temporarily corrected <br /> with store bought drain cleaners. Yaur maintenancc man ran a 25 foot snake do�on <br /> the drain Uut remarked that this is probaUly what has Ueen Ueing done "the last <br /> 20 years so there's a Uig clog 27 feet down that I can't rcach." lie recommended <br /> a SO foot snake be run do�an. Meanwhile we are averaging a gallon of drain opener <br /> a week and still have sluggish drains. <br /> These problems are very •annoying and are things that we have becn living with for <br /> almost two months now. If we can do anything to assist in getting them taken care <br /> of, we would Ue more th:m happy to.
