Upon inspection I found that the ceiling in Rpartment ;i4 is open i <br /> in two places, living room and kitchen, and that the ceiliny in Apartment 1i5 <br /> is wat�r damaged in the liviny room. ' <br /> These ceilings are required to te of one-hour fire resistive construction. <br /> '�j The holes provide a natural path for fire extension between floors.
