An on-site inapection of this property was performed on <br /> December 3, 1992. It has been determined that this property ia in violation <br /> of Chapter 8.20, the Miaimum Property Maintenance Regulations of the EYerett <br /> Municipal Code. The specific nuisa¢ces and conditione prese¢t on this <br /> property which constitute a violation in accordance with Section 8.20.U20 L1C <br /> are: <br /> A. Junk, trash, litter, boxea, d�'scarded lumber, salvage materials, <br /> or other similar materiale in any front yard, side yard, rear <br /> yard ar vacant lot; and <br /> C. Sroken or diacarded furniture, houeehold equipmen� and <br /> furniahinge in any front yard, side yard, rear yard or vacant <br /> lot; and <br /> E. Dead, decayed, noxious or hazardous trees or vegetation, or any <br /> vegetation (not including vegetation located in flowar beds) <br /> taller than 42 inches high or grasa taller than 12 inches in <br /> height in any front yard, aide yard, rear yard or vacant lot. <br /> To correct this violation, please remove and properly dispose of all junk, <br /> trash, discarded lumber and other eimilar deUris, and cut, remove and properly <br /> dispose of all overgrown vegetation including blackberries and nightshade froa <br /> the side and rear yards of your pruperty on or before January 8, 1993. <br /> Failure to abate thie nuisance and correct this violation by the date <br /> apecified above will lead to further action which would include the City <br /> abating the nuieance and billing the costs Lo you.
