I have been in process (prior to � �nvolvement by the city) ' of improving the p:eraises and have been workiny through the P.U,D. weatherization program on insulation and windaws -- obviously work which is done through contractors, with inspections, permits, etc, 1 have also been pursuing -- and will continue [o pursue -- CHI? participat:on, Hcwever, I cannot do anything wfien I have confllct arising from personal vendettas of a female city r�nployee who has previously been ordered not to set foot on any property of mine without first havina written permission fran me -- not only by me but by her [wo previous City of Evere[t bosses, Please bear with me, I am in process of bringfng these buitdings back up to proper habitability. � certainly have not had them fn this condttion for any perfod faintly resembling many o[hers In thls city tha[ have been a true nufsance and cost the city large sums -- such as the Monte Cristo Hotel [o name just one, 7hese buildings 'have been a tre- mendous negative cash flow to me, and � certainly care more about reversing that situation than any of you do, Havever, �do need sane cooperation and consideration instead ot threats -- as a certain saneone on tlie city payroll seems fond of doing, 41e have boarded up and locked doors and windows elmost daily, but vandals continue [o 'break in reyard- less of what we do. .
