Asbestos siding falling off of building and the wind is <br /> blowing esbestos dust all over neighborhood. It is in total <br /> disrepair. <br /> 2. Crawl space under building is wide apen for anyone or any <br /> animal to access. <br /> 3. Lawn care is never done. Grass is over oroM:i, weeds going to <br /> seed, bushes not t�rimned, etc. <br /> 4. One,.of the front doors ha:: a hole in it. You can unlock the <br /> ins:de lock and enter into the buildieig. <br /> 5. Garage is in a state of of disrepair. Shingles falling off, <br /> floor fallen in, a complete eye sore. <br /> 6. Birds have been seen in the top floor window banging <br /> themselves against the window trying to escape. The children <br /> on the block see this and are very distressed. <br /> 7. Front sidewalk is in very poor condition. <br /> 8, Property values for all surrounding neight+ors are going down. <br /> 9.
