These deficiencies <br /> may be considered sufficient to declare the buildings to be substandard and/or <br /> dangerous. <br /> Some of the deficiencies noted are: <br /> The Main Building: <br /> 1, General dilapidation, no maintenance. <br /> Z. Foundation members are rotted. <br /> 3. Windows are broken and birds t�ave been seen inside the building. <br /> 4. Slate siding is breaking and falling from the building. This <br /> siding has asbestos in it. <br /> 5, Exterior doors ar.e broken and the buildino can be and is easily <br /> entered. <br /> 6, The building is a razardous nuisance to inquisitive minor <br /> children living in the area. <br /> 7.
