It has been <br /> determined that this property is 3n violation of Ordinance 1554-89, the <br /> Plinimum Property Maintenance Ordinance. The specific nuisancec and conditions <br /> present on this property which constitute a violation in accordance with <br /> Sectiou 2, Ordinance 1554-89 are: <br /> A. Junk, trash, litter, boxes, discar.ded lumher, salvage materials, or <br /> other similar materials in any front yard, side yard, rear yard or <br /> vacant lot; <br /> B. Attractive nuisances dangerous to children, includino but not limited <br /> to abandoned, broken or neglected equipment, machinery, refrigerators <br /> and freezers, excavations, we].ls or shafts in any front yard, slde <br /> yard, rear yard or vacant lot; <br /> To correct this violation, please remove and properly dispose of all trash, <br /> junk, litter, discarded furniture, and other materials from the rear yard and <br /> garage on the property on or before January 10, 1990. <br /> Failure to abate this nuisance and correct this violation by the date <br /> specified above, w311 lead to further action whir_h would include the City <br /> abating the nuisance and billing the costs to you. Additionally, the failure <br /> to abate this nuisance is a misdemeanor subject to a fine of. not more than <br /> $1,000.00 per day. <br /> Further, it has been observed that the deteriorated and damaged roof on the <br /> garage structure, evidenced by the lack of adequate roof support, constitutes <br /> a dangerous building as defined by the Uni£orm Code for the Abatement of <br /> Dangerous Buildings. To corr.ect this violation the structure must be repaired <br /> or demolished. Please contact the Buildin� Division at 259-£f810 for permits <br /> and further information regarding this structure. <br />
