W.�SNING��OM <br /> Dear Ms. Hill: =a��� <br /> It has been brought to our attention that you own a structure at 1214 Hoyt, <br /> Everett, Washington, which is currently being used as a duplex. This structure is <br /> located in an R-2 zone which does not allow duplexes except on lots which have a <br /> r!minimum of 7,500 square feet. Your lot does not have the required square footage. <br /> Also, your structure does not qualify for a duplex conversion under the City's <br /> Zoning Code. In reviewing our records, it appears as though this strueture has been <br /> converted into a duplex in violation of the City's Zoning Code. However, if you <br /> have information which shows otherwise or can document that this is a legal <br /> nonconforming use, we ask you to provide us with that information immediately. <br /> Due to the fact that the structure in question bnsed upon the information we have <br /> constitutes an illegal structure, we are asking you to bring the structure into <br /> compliance by converting it into a single family dwelling. Please do this or provide <br /> us with the necessary infor mation to support the legal status of your structure on <br /> or before the 15th of February, 1985. <br /> If you have any questicns, please call Pearl Maddy, City of Everett Planning <br /> Department, 259-8731. If you wish to appeal this determination, you must file a <br /> written appeal with the City of Everett Hearing Examiner, 3002 Wetmore, Everett, <br /> iVashington 98201, on or before the 15th of February, 1985.
