The renewal request must <br /> reach us by April 30 1999. if the work has been completed, you may call for <br /> final inspection before Aoril 30th. Any currections required must be <br /> completed and final approval obtained before that date. Permits that have <br /> been neither finaled nor extended by April 30 1989 will expire.
