The Owneris exclusively responsible forthe maintenance oCthel3ack�vater Valve. Puture o�v�iers of ihe Property assume the responsibility for maintaining the I3ackwater Valve when they lakc o�vnership of Uie Property. The Ow�fer,on behalf of itself and on bchalCof all fut�re owners of titc Property,rcicases the City from all claims and liabilitics�rising from or relating to any failure to maintain tlie T3ackwater Valve by Aie Owner or by uny future owner oCthe Property. Upon ilie O��ner's requcst, the City will provide the O�mer with educational brochures and other materials regarding I3ack�vater Valve maintenance. I3. Cilv Rieht to Insncet. Thc Owner hereby granis perniission for the City to entcr upon ihe Property from time to time to inspect the Backwater Valve and tlie Properly's other plwnbing and drainage systems. This permission remains in effect for as long as the Backwater Valve remains instailed. Tlic City may, but has no obligation to, perforni maintenance un the [iackwater Valvc during thesc inspections. C. Otl�cr. 'I'he O��mcr consents to rccording of this Agreement. This Agrecment ivns with thc land and binds all of the O�wier's successors-in-interest. This Agmement and Qie Inspection nncl I31ckw1tcr Valve Agreement signed Uy thc Owner and the City contain the entire agrecment behvicei�the City and thc Owner rclating to the Back�vater Valve. No amendment or tennination of ihis A�rcement is effectivc unless it is in writing and signed by the O�vner and by tlie Mayor of the City. �
