Such street improvements shall not be limited to <br /> the half street abutting the property; far exumple, where no per- <br /> manent street improvement e+�isted, the street improvement shall be <br /> extended beyond the centerline u sufficient distance (10 ft. minimum) <br /> to permit safe movement of traffic. <br /> This Covenant consenting to the formation of a local �.mprovement district <br /> applies (and precludes legnl protest) only to the formation of a local improvement <br /> district, Owner executing this document retnins its, his/her or their rights under <br /> ]aw to provide input or to make objection to the scope of the proposed public <br /> improvements to be accompGshed by such local improvement district including <br /> nature nnd type of improvements es well as the propased or final banetits and <br /> assessment therefor. <br /> . The City shall deliver a signed relense of this Covennnt to Owner after <br /> completion of public impruvements as describeJ hereinabove through the formetion <br /> of a local improvement distric*. nnd nfter transmittal of the finai assessment role <br /> to the County of Snahomish pursuant to law. The City may not utilize this <br /> Covenant for the formation af more than one (1) local improvement district. <br /> ' This Covenant consenting to the formation of n local improvement distriet <br /> shall be a covenant touching, concerning and running with the Innd and shall be <br /> binding on Owner's heirs, assigns or successors in interest. <br />
