Compliance with the atate Building code is required. <br /> Subsection 38.040 of the City of Everett Zoning Code allows for the Planning <br /> , Director through Review Process II to allow for the expansion of a structure <br /> which does not meet required setbacks or height, provided that the expansion <br /> does not make the setback or height more nonconforming; that the expansior+ <br /> compiies with all other requirements of the zoning code ordinance; and that <br /> the nonconformity has been certified by the Planning Department. <br /> Right to Appeal: The applicant or an owner of property located adjacent to <br /> the subject property may appeal the Planning Oirector's determination as to <br /> whether or not the proposal should be permitted. Any such appeal must be <br /> filed within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date specified below. Appeal <br /> forms are available from the ?lanning Department and must be submitted <br /> along with the required filing fee.
